Through paperless offices all over the world, only printing locally, the company digitizes workflows, minimizing paper waste significantly. Business travel is restricted to essential purposes only, with a focus on remote collaboration and virtual meetings, thus reducing carbon emissions. Moreover, Fovea IP prioritizes sustainable gadgets and technologies, favoring energy-efficient devices and eco-friendly materials in product development and procurement.
By incorporating sustainability into its business model, Fovea IP not only reduces its environmental impact but also promotes innovation in green technologies. These initiatives highlight Fovea IP’s dedication to environmental responsibility and corporate sustainability, setting a positive example for the tech industry and fostering a greener future.

Fovea IP Group aims to fully integrate diversity and inclusion into the organization’s core values. The first steps towards this have been taken in recent years. In 2024, we will work on a concrete three-year plan to intensify and accelerate this development. Central to our vision of diversity and inclusion are valuing and embracing differences between individuals and groups within our organization.
We strive to recognize, understand and value the unique characteristics, backgrounds and experiences our people have. As an organization, we promote an environment where everyone feels respected, valued and included.
As far as we are concerned, diversity and inclusion encompass a wide range of dimensions, including race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, education, cultural background and age.

We are proud of what we have achieved so far, but we are not yet where we want to be. That is why, under the leadership of our leaders in HR, we are working on a three-year plan for the period 2024-2026. It is expected that this will accelerate the translation of our ambitions in the field of sustainability, diversity and inclusion into measurable actions and effects within and outside our organization.
Within our HR department
We actively seek to attract and hire a diverse workforce. The employees of our HR departments are tasked with ensuring that our organization reflects society and offers equal opportunities to everyone, both our employees and applicants. This is the starting point for recruitment, selection and internal evaluations. In concrete terms, this means that the opinions and feelings of our employees regarding diversity and inclusion are fixed items on the agenda during annual evaluation interviews.
